the so-called spa was an absoluteley outdated mess, cleanliness was utterly lacking. I also thought I'd recieve some special treatment but no, just more mediocrity! we were disturbed by wedding noise all night instead of the promised tranquility. I'm suprised this hotel gets high marks, clearly it caters to mediocrity. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't.

Breakfast featured unlimited prosecco, a delightful surprise.

The outdated spa facilities require immediate upgrades!!! Poor maintenance of the jacuzzi and equipment detracts from the experience!!! Noise disturbances from events can severely disrupt relaxation!!! Consider improving communication regarding event schedules!!!

My stay at Copernicus Torun Hotel was delightful. The spacious room offered a lovely view of the river and modern furnishings. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring a wide variety of delicious options including fresh fruits and local delicacies. The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive.

Bathroom lacked basic toiletries.

The room was spacious, but I struggled with noise from the nightclub nearby.

the copernicus has good room size with a nice view of the river and hotel grounds. it's just a short walk from the old town. the breakfast was exceptional, offering a superb range of food to suit all tastes. also, the complimentary access to the wellness area with indoor and outdoor pools was a great perk!

Spent 1 night with my family during a little getaway. The breakfast was outstanding, with a massive selection of delicious local and international foods, I mean, I couldn't resist those fresh pastries!

Not exactly a bargain, but still worth it.

The Deluxe Double or Twin Room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. I loved the balcony doors that had a cool 'top up' feature, letting fresh air in while still closed. Bathroom was big and had a towel heater, which was handy for drying clothes. But I had a hard time with the room safe. the instructions were tiny and confusing. a nice room but some quirks to watch out for.
